Noreen represents the British Psychological Society on the Crisis, Disaster and Trauma Standing Committee of the European Federation of Psychological Associations. She has been directly involved in dealing with 9/11 and 7/7 terrorist attacks and more recently the Shoreham air crash, the Westminster and London Bridge terrorist attacks and the Grenfell Tower disaster. Noreen has supported first responders and victims of a wide range of traumatic incidents including child abuse, murders, rapes, fatal accidents and road crashes.  She works with the College of Policing to reduce the incidence of primary and secondary trauma in police officers and staff.  Together with her associates she is delivering a national programme of trauma training and interventions.

Dr Noreen Tehrani, Founder

Noreen is a member of the Crisis, Disaster and Trauma Standing Committee of the European Federation of Psychological Associations. She has written many articles, papers and book chapters including two books on trauma Workplace Trauma – concepts, assessment and intervention and Managing Trauma in the Workplace 

Romin qualified with a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London.  After a few years in industry he developed his organisational context for his analytical abilities by completing an MBA at London Business School.  He spent two years at a boutique strategic consultancy working with global blue chip clients.  Prior to joining Noreen Tehrani Associates he worked with start up companies and as Head of Service Delivery built up an international team of analysts and account managers. In his current role he is responsible for day to day operations analytics and insight.
