The teams

We have two groups of associates, psychologists and trauma therapists. Both teams are handpicked for their professional qualifications, training and experience in working with traumatic stress and in organisations.

The trauma therapists are accredited by at least one professional body and have regular clinical and case supervision. To become an associate, therapists must be trained in Trauma-Focussed CBT (TF-CBT) many are also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing  (EMDR).

The psychologists are Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered as clinical or counselling psychologists.  All our sessional psychologists undertake clinical assessments and provide clinical opinions and advice for management.  The psychologists also provide case supervision for the trauma therapists.
