Services > Psychological Wellbeing Assessments
Following psychological screening there are two levels of psychological assessment, each can be conducted in-person, by telephone or video call.
The structured interview starts with one of our specialist trauma therapists taking the employee through a structured process examining aspects of their personal and working life. During the course of the interview the results of the screening are explained and advice given on ways to improve wellbeing. Where necessary referrals may be made to a psychologist for a Psychological Assessment or to other sources of support.
Psychological assessments are undertaken by clinical or counselling psychologists with specialist training in dealing with workplace trauma. The assessment includes taking a full personal history, reviewing the results of the screening and preparing clinical opinions. The psychologist will also produce guidance on reasonable adjustments and the best way to handle rehabilitation and recovery.
