Previous winners of the Emerald Publishing were invited to return to share how their research has made a real impact on society. One of the four selected for this was "The Role of Psychological Screening for Emergency Service Responders" by Dr Ian Hesketh, Senior Responsible Owner of the National Police Wellbeing Service at the College of Policing, UK, and Dr Noreen Tehrani, Founder of Noreen Tehrani Associates.
