Trauma Support for Emergency Services
The trauma support training pack has been designed to enable Occupational Health Nurses, Organisational Counsellors and Experienced Trainers to deliver a one day training course for front-line managers. The training helps managers to care for their teams during an incident, in the immediate aftermath and the following week.
All the material required to support training fire fighters, police officers and ambulance personnel is provided on a DVD including exercises and role-plays tailored for each of the emergency services.
