The Employee Wellbeing training pack is designed to help organisations train their managers, supervisors, union representatives, Occupational Health and HR professionals, to provide support to troubled employees dealing with personal and work related problems.
The material has been developed in close collaboration with organisations in the finance, retail, engineering and health sectors. The role plays explore a number of important themes including workplace stress, bullying, substance abuse, discrimination and disabilities.
