Supporting Troubled Employees:
– Training for Line Managers
This training has been designed to help leaders and supervisors develop skills in assisting team members and colleagues to handle work and personal problems. The training will help in the identification of the nature of the problems impacting team members and train the line managers in the use of a simple problem solving model which has been shown to be helpful in supporting troubled employees.
